Starting a new job in a foreign country was not easy sailing, even if I already spoke the language. Simple tasks such as writing emails were suddenly a challenge because of one thing… the keyboard. It was a completely new layout to me, and figuring out where each character was and how to use it took much longer than anticipated affecting my ability to communicate properly. So, how can we create a tool for better communication in a multilingual environment?
